December is upon us and so it is clear that this month's 'Urban Jungle Bloggers' post must be a festive one. Including the essential green vibe. Thus, our topic this month is called 'Green Festive Vignette'. When it comes to festive Christmas decoration, there are basically two types of approaches: a bold and full-force decor sweeping blow or a more moderate, simple vignette. I used to be a bit more the former, nowadays I am rather the latter. This year definitely. My Christmas décor includes very few elements: fairy lights, some copper stars, an advent candle, a wooden Christmas tree and a green wreath.
As an avid urban jungle blogger I have opted for a very simple green wreath that I bought on the local farmers' market. It is a small sized wreath, just big enough to fit in my advent candle from Skandinavisk. I have added a small copper star from Louise Roe (and two larger ones in the background), my wooden Christmas tree and a small copper vase from H. Skjalm P. Since I love my plants, I couldn't help but add my tiny little succulent babies that I've received from my fellow urban jungle blogger Judith and planted in a yoghurt pot.
